Enemy Spawning and UI Upgrades

As of 1/16/2023 - Implemented a functional enemy wave spawning system. Added art assets to replace placeholder UI/Hud Elements. Enemies can now damage the player, and be damaged (with animations.) Began added vfx and particle systems. Started development of menu system.
